What is this initiative about?
Globo Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society (Globo MCS) is registered with Registrar of Societies in Zambia. The registration is in form of a co-operative to allow for the mass participation of Zambians at home and abroad to benefit from good investment incentives that are aimed at rejuvenating the economy.
Is the LLC registered?
Yes, the LLC was first registered in the state of Delaware, USA and later Globo Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society (Globo MCS) is registered with Registrar of Societies in Zambia.
How were these names chosen for the company
The name Global Co-op Zambia was among the three options that were put up for selection by all prospective members (WhatsApp group members). The group voted for the chosen name. During registration in Zambia, we had to look for an alternative for ‘Global’ as it was already taken. The word ‘Globais’ means Global in Latin.
What kind of entity is the company registered as?
In Delaware the company is registered as a Limited Liability Company with a commencement date of 1 January 2022.
In Zambia we are registered as Incorporated as Limited company under PACRA
What exactly is this company going to be investing in?

About Our Services
What We Do
Globo Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society is an investment vehicle set up by Zambians in the Diaspora, specifically to mitigate some of the impediments mentioned above, especially the shortage of financial capital to facilitate selected development programs.

Globo Co-op’s vision is to unlock capital from Zambians in the Diaspora and the homeland to support development of Zambia while generating wealth for the members
